In 1972, Maison Janneau reintroduced Double Distillation to the region, and for the past twenty-five years it has blended brandies obtained by Continuous Distillation with others obtained by Double Distillation. This latter method, the first to be originally used in the area, is undoubtedly the most complex system. The final result is distinguished by great finesse, light body, fruity aromas and a more balanced and complete maturation already in the first years of aging.
