Franciacorta Brut Rosè - 2009 - Berlucchi Brothers Farm
This vintage has an important structure, thanks to the fermentation of at least 40 months on the yeasts. It is born from a complex vinification: the Chardonnay and a part of the Pinot Noir are vinified in white, while the other part of the Pinot Noir is vinified in rosé. The result is a fruity and savoury wine, with notes of raspberry and Cervia salt, which balance each other in an enveloping experience. The color, suspended between cherry and salmon, makes it ideal to open before dinner and to enjoy until the table.
