Suitable for a long aging process, but also delicious when young, the Château-Chalon of the domain expresses an aromatic bouquet characterized by notes of walnut, hazelnut, spices such as curry and saffron and raisins. On the palate it is full-bodied, generous and creamy, counterbalanced by a good acidity that gives it length and good aging potential. This Château-Chalon is an undeniable illustration of white wine.
