Chianti Classico “Rubiolo” - 2019 - Gagliole
Part of the vineyards, covering ten hectares, is located in Gagliole (Castellina in Chianti). These vineyards are mainly located on ancient terraces, dotted with olive trees among the vines. A cultivation system in use since the Middle Ages that has created spectacular landscapes admired by visitors from all over the world. The "Rubiolo" wine is obtained from Sangiovese grapes only. Fermented in steel and aged 50% in French oak barriques and 50% in cement. Aged 3 months in the bottle before being released for consumption. Soft, fruity, pleasant wine, with sweet and harmonious tannins. To be consumed at a temperature of 18° C.
