In the unique territory of Lamole, the Castellinuzza winery continues the centuries-old tradition of producing great classic wines. Blend of Sangiovese (95%), Canaiolo and Malvasia Nera (5%), this Chianti Classico is aged for one year in steel tanks and then for a further year in large oak barrels. With a broad floral bouquet and small red fruits, it pairs pleasantly with cured meats, grilled dishes and structured first courses.
