The Chianti Classico of the Nunzi Conti company is produced with only Sangiovese grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for 10/15 days gives a ruby red color to this wine ideal to pair with rare meats, as the true Tuscan tradition dictates.
