This Chateau La Grande Metairie, bright with shades of yellow is characterized by citrus, pineapple and ripe pear. Its grape varieties allow for a broad mouth with a lot of aromatic persistence, the Sauvignon that brings the fruit and the Muscadelle that brings the softness. This wine pairs perfectly with grilled fish, shellfish and crustaceans as well as asparagus. Also very popular as an aperitif.
