Aged in medium-sized barrels and barriques, the Brunello Assunto 2018, dedicated to the founder of the winery, is a graceful example of the typology: clear and delicious aromas of wild strawberry, mint and some citrus hints, anticipate the flavors of the sip, which spreads sweet, with discreet and slightly bitter tannins and which gradually leaves room for a fruity and, in the finish, floral flavor.
