Brunello di Montalcino by Podere Brizio is born on the hills (330-350 meters above sea level) around the famous village of Montalcino. It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes that are vinified with spontaneous fermentation. The refinement takes place in large French oak barrels for about 38 months and ends with a stay in the bottle of at least 6 months. The wine presents itself in the glass with a ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose you discover hints of berries, blueberry, blackcurrant, licorice. balsamic notes.
