Marchesi di Gresy's Barbaresco Gaiun Martinenga is a red wine of great structure and elegance, produced only in the best vintages from the selection of the Martinenga vineyard, bordering the territory of Asili. Brilliant garnet color with orange highlights, it has an intense and balanced bouquet with notes of currants, red fruit jam, violets, sweet tobacco and chocolate. On the palate it is velvety, full and harmonious, with robust tannins giving body, freshness and long persistence. Perfect with red meats, aged cheeses and rich pasta dishes, it is a fine expression of Tenute Cisa Asinari di Gresy's winemaking tradition.
