In 1989, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar launched the Quality Project, an initiative aimed at identifying the best areas of Valpolicella for growing the highest quality grapes. This effort led to the creation of the Domìni Veneti brand, which takes its name from the territories of the Serenissima Republic of Venice in the sixteenth century. Domìni Veneti stands out for its refined and limited production, focused on enhancing the winemaking characteristics of the area. Among the wines produced, a sparkling version of Recioto della Valpolicella stands out, with intense aromas of raspberry and black cherry, and a sweet and enveloping taste, perfect for accompanying traditional desserts or spicy cheeses.
