3L Barolo IOC - 2013 - Marchesi di Barolo
This Barolo cuvée is produced exclusively with grapes from "Cru Storici" in the Municipality of Barolo, characterized by hills with good slopes and calcareous-clayey soils, with gray sandstone and quartz sands. Nebbiolo, an eclectic vine, absorbs mineral salts and aromas from the different types of soil. The goal is to create a blend that reflects the characteristics of the vintage and the peculiarities of the microclimate. The wine has a garnet red color with ruby hues, an intense aroma of spices, tobacco and rose, and a full and elegant taste, with soft tannins and a perfect fusion of spicy and woody notes.
