Chianti Classico Riserva “Tenuta La Gabbiola” - 2017 - San Michele a Torri Farm
Organic since 1993, this farm is located in the heart of Chianti and extends over an area of 370 hectares, 55 of which are cultivated with vineyards. Ruby red in color, this wine is the maximum expression of the Sangiovese grape variety; the result of a scrupulous selection of grapes is a warm, soft wine with soft tannins. The prevailing aromas are those of cherry, blackberry and flowers such as violet and iris, which make it an excellent wine to pair with structured first and second courses.
