Barolo "Terlo" - 2010 - Poderi Luigi Einaudi
This wine is made from a selection of grapes from the Costa Grimaldi vineyard, located in Terlo, in the municipality of Barolo. Garnet red in color with amber reflections, it offers an intense and enveloping aroma. On the palate it is full-bodied, but with soft tannins and a long and spicy finish. Production is limited to a few thousand bottles per year. Vinification takes place in steel and cement at a controlled temperature, with post-fermentation maceration, followed by aging in oak barrels for many months and further rest in the bottle.
