Fiano Beneventano - 2016 - Cantina del Taburno
Cantina del Taburno is located in a little-known area of Campania, Beneventano . It is part of the Campania capital's consortium and, with its 600ha of vineyards, is an important reference point for viticulture in the area but also for the economy. The cultivated soils have a marly, clay and limestone mixture. Classic straw yellow color slightly paled. the nose is reminiscent of lemon jelly, elderberry and herbs such as thyme. The palate is fresh with considerable length and a citrusiness that lingers in the mouth.
