Barolo - 2020 - Negretti
Questo Barolo è un blend di cru familiari, prodotto da vigneti situati a Roddi e La Morra. Composto al 100% da Nebbiolo, proviene da terreni marnosi, argillosi e sabbiosi, con esposizioni sud e sud-est. Al naso, presenta un complesso equilibrio di frutti rossi e neri, bacche di alchechengi, note di spezie e cipria. In bocca, è intrigante e schietto, con tannini eleganti e una sapidità minerale che lo rendono ammaliante. La vinificazione prevede una fermentazione di 14-18 giorni sulle bucce in acciaio inox, seguita da una fermentazione malolattica spontanea. L'affinamento avviene in rovere francese e austriaco.
