The vineyards Torre a Cona uses for Chianti Colli Fiorentini, are at an altitude ranging from 300 to 330 meters above sea level and are cultivated with a yield of 60 quintals per hectare.Manual harvest with selection of the bunches.Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 7 days, with daily pumping over and punching down. Aging in 30% Slavonian oak barrels and the remaining 70 in stainless steel containers for more than 8 months. After the final bottle aging period of 3 months it reaches the market.
