Chianti Classico Riserva “Tenuta La Gabbiola” - 2017 - Fattoria San Michele a Torri
Organic since 1993, this farm is located in the heart of Chianti and covers an area of 370 hectares, 55 of which are planted with vines. Ruby red in color, this wine is the ultimate expression of the Sangiovese grape variety; the result of scrupulous grape selection is a warm, smooth wine with soft tannins. The prevailing aromas are those of cherry, blackberry and flowers such as violet and iris, which well make it appear an excellent wine to pair with structured first and main courses.
