Chianti Classico Riserva "Caparsino" - 2017 - Caparsa
Caparsa is the winery run since 1982 by Paolo Cianferoni and his family. Certified organic in both vineyard and cellar, the winery makes tradition the starting point and strength for each of its wines. In particular, "Caparsino" is a Chianti Classico Riserva, aged in oak barrels for 8 months. The particularly hot vintage that was 2017 produced a wine of medium-high structure, made enjoyable by aromas of dark fruit first and red fruit on the finish.
