Chianti Classico - 2021 - Lornano
Il Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. è composto al 100% da uve Sangiovese, provenienti da vigneti con una densità di 5.000 piante per ettaro, situati a 300 metri s.l.m. e esposti a Sud-Sud/Ovest. I vigneti utilizzano il sistema a cordone speronato e crescono su terreni di argilla calcarea compatta con scheletro di origine alluvionale. Le uve sono raccolte tra il 3 e il 19 ottobre, diraspate e vinificate con macerazione sulle bucce per 15-18 giorni a 26°C. Dopo la fermentazione alcolica e malolattica, il vino matura 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese e sei mesi in bottiglia. Presenta un colore rosso rubino intenso, note di frutta rossa matura, fiori, spezie e un finale lungo e persistente.
