Chianti Classico - 2019 - Villa Calcinaia Conti Capponi
Villa Calcinaia's Chianti Classico DOCG is made from grapes harvested by hand between the second decade of September and the first of October in the estate's oldest vineyards, planted in the 1960s, and then fermented in stainless steel. The resulting wine will mature partly in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels, in 225 l and 500 l carats and partly in underground concrete tanks of various sizes. An excellent medium-bodied chianti classico from the historic Greve in Chianti area.
