Il Barbaresco Socré è prodotto con uve Nebbiolo coltivate nelle vigne di Barbaresco e affina per 18 mesi in botti di rovere francese da 225 litri, seguiti da un passaggio in vasche di cemento e sei mesi in bottiglia. Al naso, offre affascinanti profumi di violetta, confettura di ciliegia, insieme a note balsamiche e mentolate. Al palato, il sorso è raffinato e intenso, con una struttura importante e tannini fitti che ne esaltano la profondità e l’eleganza.
