Selection of Garganega grapes from volcanic hills. Drying of grapes for about five months on vertical nets. Spontaneous fermentation in open vat. Aging in large barrels for 24 months. Bottling takes place without filtration or deprotection treatment. It is a sweet wine with great structure and aging perspective.
