In 1995, vine development was abnormal due to low spring temperatures, which delayed budding, flowering and fruit set. The summer was cooler and rainier than usual in Tuscany, but September brought favorable conditions, with plenty of sunshine and ideal temperatures, ensuring good ripening of the grapes. The 1995 Lucente 1995 shows a deep color with purplish highlights. On the nose, it offers spicy aromas, notes of mocha and berries such as currants, blueberries and blackberries. Barrel aging adds complexity, with a smooth, balanced and persistent palate.
