Grande Annata Brut Rosè "Mattia Vezzola" - 2013 - Costaripa
This Rosé is composed of Chardonnay (80 percent) and Pinot Noir (20 percent) from the best south-facing vineyards on the hills of Garda. The harvest, characterized by cold weather with temperature swings, produced wines with a rigorous character. The grapes, cold macerated using the "a lacrima" method, give the wine elegance and complexity. Old pink in color with powdery hues, it has an intense bouquet of ripe fruit, honey and white flowers. The palate is elegant and full, with a perfect balance between structure and vivacity, expressing energy and refinement.
