Dolcetto d'Alba - 2017 - Azienda Agricola E.Pira & Figli
The Dolcetto grapes used for this wine come from the estate vineyards, which are characterized by typical Helvetian soils with limestone-clay formations and siliceous sandstones. The wine shows an intense ruby red color with purple hues. On the nose, persistent floral and fruity aromas of violets and small red fruits stand out, imparting an immediate pleasantness. Thanks to restrained tannicity and calibrated structure, it is considered "the everyday wine" par excellence, satisfying without being too demanding. It is vinified in steel, with automatic temperature control techniques, to preserve freshness and elegance. In summary, it has an organoleptic profile characterized by a dry, slightly tannic, full and fresh flavor.
