This wine represents the quintessence of Sangiovese, the emblem of Chianti Classico. It is blended with an ancient indigenous wine, "Colorino," which is harvested and vinified separately because of different ripening times. The two different batches are blended before aging in oak barrels, which contributes to the creation of an authentic and highly prized Chianti Classico, as shown by the bottles in the private collection, which date from 1965 to the present day. Fruity, fine, pleasant, with good balance and drinkability, freshness and harmonious aging.
