Chateau Moulins Listrac - 1996 - Puisseguin St Emilion
Puisseguin Saint Émilion AOC, located west of St. Émilion, is an appellation covering 750 hectares. In 1936 the producers of this area were granted the AOC, adding the name of their town to that of St Émilion. The AOC produces only red wines, characterized by the typicality of Merlot, which lends elegance and aromatic richness. The blend is complemented by Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. The red wines are gritty and powerful, complex but very smooth. They are also wines that improve with time.
