Nebbiolo d'Alba "Roccheri" - 2015 - Marchesi di Barolo
Nebbiolo is a versatile grape variety that extracts trace elements from limestone-clay soils that enrich its structure, while from sandy and loamy soils it acquires fresh and fruity aromas. The result is a wine that combines body and elegance, with a perfect balance between fruitiness and fullness. It reaches its maturation plateau between 2 and 8 years. Harvesting is done manually, followed by temperature-controlled vinification in thermoconditioned tanks. Aging takes place in small oak barrels, then assembled in larger barrels.
