This bottle comes from vineyards located at an elevation of 440 meters, on soil characterized by the Marne di Sant'Agata, a combination of clay, very fine sand and limestone components. Over the past 30 years, the leaf area has been increased to ensure grapes of the highest quality. Harvesting is done manually, with rigorous selection of the bunches to achieve uniform ripeness. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with advanced temperature control and oxygenation techniques. Aging takes place in French oak barrels, preserving the wine's aromas and color intensity.
