Fruit of a special selection of grapes from the Montefalcione and Manocalzati estates, very different soils, able to give balance between freshness and structure, enhancing sapidity and minerality. A Fiano to be discovered. Agile on the palate, with flavors of ripe apple, oyster, a hint of toasted almond and a smoky note, accompanied by a surprising freshness.
