Caparsa is the winery run since 1982 by Paolo Cianferoni and his family. Certified organic in both vineyard and cellar, the winery makes tradition the starting point and strength for each of its wines. Matured in concrete containers, it proves to be a restrained and fine wine because of the particular cool exposures of Caparsa's soils. Lively aromas and free-range tannins are accompanied by an important overall finesse.
