Barolo - 1970 - Fratelli Barale
The vineyards represent the inexhaustible source of quality for Barale wines. Through a long and historic journey, the winery has carefully selected about 13 hectares of land, aiming for excellence for each variety produced. The excellent locations give a strong territorial identity to the wines that are created. The elegant, ethereal character of Barolo emerges from the old Castellero vineyard in the commune of Barolo, while a more robust structure develops in the Bussia area in Monforte d'Alba. This Barolo is ruby red, garnet in color. The bouquet is ample, pleasant and intense; ethereal with notes of ripe red fruit, dried rose and violet. In the mouth it remains dry, harmonious and velvety, with a fine and persistent tannic structure.
