L'Heritage de Chasse Spleen - 2014 - Haut Medoc
The appearance presents a clear ruby red color. The nose releases woody aromas of vanilla, typical of the wine's youthful ageing. Notes of red fruits such as currant and cherry are also noticeable. The 2014 L'Héritage de Chasse Spleen has a nervous and precise attack. The tannic structure contributes to a robust wine, accompanied by a certain simplicity that nevertheless confirms a beautiful expression of the grape varieties present. The finish is persistent and still a bit taut with a grain that is rapidly softening.
