Once payment has been received, the bottles are placed in special polystyrene cellars that guarantee maximum safety during the journey; they are then entrusted to the MailBoxes Center.
There are two types of shipping: the express one, which guarantees the arrival of the bottles the next day, and the standard one, whose arrival varies between 3 and 4 working days.
As for countries outside the EEC, delivery time may vary between 2 and 10 working days.
Shipments are made to Europe, Asia and the USA.

Rarest Wines has been in the business of buying and selling wine for more than two decades, aiming to choose the best wine to offer customers for their collection, investments or special events.
We buy wineries from both private collectors and large-scale catering.
After verifying on site that the wines are properly stored, they are transferred to our temperature-controlled storage facility.

The bottles are kept in Styrofoam packaging, which ensures both product integrity and less exposure to outside temperatures.
Wines come from our temperature-controlled warehouse, where they remain until they are shipped.
Our courier is very careful to handle the packages we send gently. If for some reason one or more bottles arrive damaged, please contact our customer care at office@rarest-wines.com and explain the extent of the damage.
You will be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to email us in advance a photo with a description of the damage.
To be eligible for a return,the bottle must be unused and in the same condition as you received it,with the box. In addition,proof of purchase is required.
Following receipt, we will send you an email that we have received the returned item and inform you whether or not the refund is approved. If approved a refund will automatically be generated within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise applied to the original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

No replacement requests or claims are accepted unless the bottle was damaged in transit. The bottles come from the collections of private individuals, restaurants or rare wine merchants. Each bottle has had its own history; we cannot guarantee that years later the wine is still perfectly preserved. We can assure you that the condition of the bottle is exactly as in the description and photograph.
The sale of our bottles is therefore subject to the "seen and liked" clause.
