The indigenous Lagrein variety finds the best conditions for producing quality wines in the vineyards located on the slopes of the Bolzano municipality. Lagrein Sanct Valentin, which was born in 2000, matures for 12 months in small oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months in large barrels to make it more harmonious. Robust in character, on the palate it develops a mighty strength underpinned by well-matched acidity. A vigorous wine with considerable aging potential.
