This millesimato has an important structure, thanks to fermentation for at least 40 months on the lees. It comes from a complex vinification: the Chardonnay and part of the Pinot Noir are vinified in white, while the other part of the Pinot Noir is vinified in rosé. The result is a fruity, savory wine with hints of raspberry and Cervia salt, which are balanced in an enveloping experience. The color, hovering between cherry and salmon, makes it ideal to open before dinner and enjoy all the way to the table.
