This Chateau La Grande Metairie, bright with shades of yellow is characterized by citrus, pineapple and ripe pear. Its varietals allow for a broad mouthfeel with much aromatic persistence, the Sauvignon bringing fruit and the Muscadelle bringing softness.This wine goes well with grilled fish, shellfish and crustaceans in addition to asparagus. Also very popular as an aperitif.
