Podere Rocche dei Manzoni's Barolo D.O.C.G. Perno "Cappella di S. Stefano," made in Monforte d'Alba since 1993, is a pure Nebbiolo from the Perno area. Made using sustainable farming methods, it follows a vinification with fermentation of about 21 days in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature. Aged in wood, cement and glass, it offers a structure capable of evolving for more than 30 years. With an alcohol content of 14.5 percent, it expresses the utmost elegance of terroir in 0.75 L, 1.5 L and 3 L formats.
