Barolo DOCG is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes in the Barolo (CN) area. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 292-480 meters above sea level, with a clay and limestone soil. Maceration lasts 15 days, while vinification takes place in steel. Aging involves 3 years in oak barrels and 1 year in bottle. The wine has a garnet red color with violet hues and has a dry, full, strong and harmonious taste.
