Cascina Valle Asinari wants to bring it back to its central role, as a beverage that serves to create sharing, argumentation, harmony because that's what wine is for...to call each other by name! The Cascina's wine is closed-cycle. Every element of the earth is used. The Cascina is located in San Marzaro Oliveto on the bricco di Valle Asinari, already told of its viticultural potential by the Asinari lords in the mid-1300s. Purplish ruby red, it is elegant and round, with great body and remarkable structure and a particularly seductive bouquet of mentholated spice and fragrant fruit.
