"Gioè" is a wine of excellence created by Giancarlo Begnoni in 1964, produced only in exceptional vintages due to special climatic conditions. The name comes from the high part of the Monte Gradella hill, known for superior grapes. Deep ruby color with garnet highlights, it offers a complex bouquet of cherries, marasca cherries under spirits, dried figs, dark chocolate and spices. On the palate, the wine is rich and powerful, with lively tannins, alcoholic warmth balanced by acidity and minerality, lending a long and pleasant persistence. A refined and structured wine.
