Primitivo di Manduria - 2004 - Ognissole
Ognissole is a winery located in the province of Barletta, Puglia. Here the vines are grown on the Fragagnano estate, located near Manduria, where the soil has a limestone composition mixed with tufaceous layers of medium consistency. The Primitivo undergoes an aging period of about three months in steel, followed by a further two months in bottle before release. Characterized by a deep red color, the nose reveals fruity notes of blackberry and cherry, accompanied by light spicy nuances. In the mouth it is warm, rich and velvety.
