The Vigne di Zamò estate is located on the hills of Rosazzo, from which you can admire both the Adriatic Sea and the Alps. Here the vineyards enjoy an inimitable microclimate, also demonstrated by the presence of the olive tree, a plant with a typically Mediterranean temperament. The grapes are vinified separately and subjected to maceration in truncated conical wooden vats for about 15 days, during which punching down, delestage and pumping over are carried out manually. Subsequently, the marc is separated and pressed, followed by transfer to new or first-passage barriques. Malolactic fermentation takes place in wood, followed by a period of refinement in barriques lasting 18 months, before the final assembly. After bottling, the wine rests in the bottle for a further 12 months before being marketed.
