The company's Sauvignon is born from clones of French origin, maintaining a distinctive freshness and aroma. The vinification takes place entirely in steel to preserve the aromatic purity. Visually it presents itself with a pale yellow color and golden reflections. On the nose it opens up intense aromas of ripe white fruit, wet grass and subtle hints of boxwood. In the mouth it is fresh and direct, with flavors of ripening fruit, wet stone minerality and delicate vegetal tones.
