The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva "Il Chiorba" 2018 is composed of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo Nero and Colorino, produced in Villa a Sesta, Castelnuovo Berardenga at 420m above sea level. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it offers fruity notes of cherries in alcohol and spices of tobacco and vanilla. On the palate, it shows well-expressed tannins, soft and ripe, with a good balance between the components.
