Chianti Classico Riserva - 2020 - Acquadiaccia
Acquadiaccia is a niche winery, an expression of the bond with the Chianti territory. It takes care of the vineyard respecting the natural cycles, creating a seasonal sensorial balance. The wine has an intense dark ruby color, with purple reflections. It is composed of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo, with spontaneous fermentation on its own yeasts and aging for 18 months in oak barriques and tonneaux. The floral bouquet of rose and cherry best expresses the Canaiolo variety. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, savory, with persistent tannins and a saline finish.
