Chianti Classico - 2021 - Banfi
This is Chianti Classico, produced with Sangiovese grapes supported by other traditional varieties that enrich its aromatic and olfactory baggage. They ferment in steel vats for ten days and then mature for three months in French oak barrels of various sizes. Bright ruby color. On the nose it unfurls hints of violet, blackberry, raspberry and cherry amplified by spicy notes that prelude a full-bodied and persuasive taste. Non-invasive and well-made tannins anticipate a finish with long persistence.
