A harmonious and elegant wine. Fruit of vineyards characterized by the best exposure and a careful hand selection of the grapes, it is refined for 14 months in large oak barrels as per Paolina tradition, then resting in the bottle for a minimum period of 2 years. With an intense, deep and inviting ruby red color. On the nose it intrigues with an aroma of ripe cherry mixed with a warm note of pepper that anticipates the tasting. A full-bodied wine that envelops and fills the palate, animates it with a mature and flavorful tannin and cheers it with a spicy and persistent finish.
