Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs, made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from five Grand Cru villages (Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Mesnil-sur-Oger), is the finest example of the Taittinger style. Only the juice from the first pressing is used, with 5% aged in oak barrels for a delicate balance of toasted notes. Matured for up to 10 years in chalk caves, this champagne is a triumph of Taittinger terroir, capable of enchanting and leaving a lasting impression.
